The ceremony will be outdoors, but there will be tents and heaters during dinner. We’d recommend bringing a light jacket and wearing shoes that you can walk on gravel in.
We love your kids, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We understand this may affect your plans and really appreciate your understanding.
For those in town Friday night, we’ll be at O’Keefe’s in downtown Brooklyn (around the corner from the Marriot). For lunch or a drink before the ceremony, we’d recommend Luana’s next door to Frankies. It’s also a great spot for Sunday brunch. As for activities, you can’t go wrong visiting Prospect Park or the Brooklyn Botanic Garden (which has a great exhibit right now).
If you're driving in, you're welcome to park at one of the hotels or garages in downtown Brooklyn (near the after party), or find street parking anywhere near Frankie’s in the neighborhood of Carroll Gardens (that's what we do).
We kindly ask that you refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. We’ve hired a photographer to capture the memories.
