When do I need to RSVP by?

Kindly RSVP no later than Friday, April 10th!

When do I need to book a hotel by?

Answer

Our hotel blocks are available for reserving until April 24th. Please look to our "Hotel Blocks" tab.

Question

Does everything take place at The Gardens at Applecross?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place here. There are zero steps and is wheelchair accessible.

What is the attire?

Answer

Semi-formal! Our wedding is a spring/summer garden theme. Please keep in mind that our wedding day will be partly outdoor- weather permitting (fingers crossed!) Gentlemen: Ties optional, Please no jeans Ladies: Midi or Maxi dresses

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes. Our two hotel blocks share a parking lot. The buses will pick guests up from the hotels and bring you to the venue. At the end of the evening, the buses will bring our guests from the venue back to the hotels. Please check the 'transportation' tab for schedule.

When is hotel check-in & check-out?

Answer

Check-in time for both hotels is 3pm. Please ensure you are checked-in and ready in time for the shuttles at 3:45pm! Check-out time for both hotels is 12pm.

Will there be parking if I drive myself to & from your wedding?

Answer

We highly discourage you from driving to and from our wedding due to safety concerns. Please use our provided transportation the day-of, or use Uber/Lyft. If you truly need to drive to the wedding, please leave your car in the parking lot that night and pick it up Monday morning. Please, no drinking and driving.

Where is the "after party"?

Answer

It is at the hotel bar at the Hilton Garden Inn Exton/West Chester and will be a cash bar. Everyone is welcome to join us at the "after party" to continue the celebration after our reception concludes!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your kids, we really do! But this is an adult-only event (16+). If your children are not listed on your invitation, please find a sitter, bring your dancing shoes, and enjoy a date night with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please check your invite! Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Is breakfast included in either hotel block?

Answer

It is included at SpringHill Suites; however, breakfast is not included at the Hilton Garden Inn. Here are some local brunch options: Nudy's Cafe - The Shops on Eagleview Blvd in Exton Bloom Southern Kitchen in Chester Springs

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the ceremony?

Answer

Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We hired professionals (shout out to Brandon's cousin, Nick Finochio!) and we don't want to see your phone in the way of their amazing shots.
