It all started at our church small group launch, where we were put into the same group together, with both our best friends Matt and Hannah. The four of us quickly became good friends & started spending a lot of time together. The more that we hung out with each other, the closer we became! One Friday morning, I (Andrew) was texting with Matt & had expressed my desire to ask Maggie to coffee. Matt encouraged me to do so & I did. About an hour later, after Maggie's barre class, she responded & said yes! The next day, I picked her up & we went to Desnudo (one of Maggie's favorite coffee spots in Austin). We were both a little nervous, but found it easy to create conversation & spent the next four hours talking & getting to know one another more deeply. Ever since that first day, we have been inseperable and love spending quality time with one another. Some of our favorite activities to do together are: walking the lake, sipping coffee, playing with Murphy, & traveling. On our one year anniversary in Europe, we discussed what the next season of life would look like & how we both really wanted to take the next step together. Shortly after, we had the perfect ring picked out. In August of this year, I asked Maggie to marry me & she said yes! We are so excited to spend the rest of our lives together & are looking forward to celebrating with some of our closest friends and family!
