Our Story
Our relationship began in 2016 at one of our favorite bars in Oxford, Side Bar. That night, a friend told Maggie that Ale had a crush on her. When she saw him later, she said, "I heard you have a crush on me." He said, "Yes I do, want to grab a drink?" It was love at first sip!
A few days later, Ale studied with her in the library & invited her to a fraternity date party. We dressed as chickens (it was Noah's Ark theme). And just like that, this pair became a we!
We started dating at Miami of Ohio, both made our way to Chicago, & have shared countless memories! Nights are spent eating at our favorite restaurant, Sal's, perfecting the Doyle Grampy ratio (7&7s), & visiting friends & family in California.
Our next chapter began on November 18, 2023. We grabbed lunch & went on a walk in Lincoln Park. Ale got down on one knee & Maggie said YES to forever!
