Can I bring a date and more guest?
Answer
Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate one plus-one per invited guest. When you RSVP, the form will provide a space to enter the name of your plus one or child (if applicable) and reserve their seat. Please be sure to include their name when you RSVP so we can reserve a seat for them. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

While we absolutely love your little ones, due to our venue's limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate children of immediate family members. We kindly ask that you only bring the guests that you RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding as we make these difficult decisions to ensure a manageable celebration.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Southern Arizona is famous for its hot, sunny weather, but don't worry—our wedding is not happening during the scorching summer months! The weather is expected to be pleasant and cool. During the day, we’ll have sunny skies and comfortable temperatures, but as the evening sets in, it will get a bit chilly. We recommend bringing some warm layers, though nothing too heavy—after all, it’s still the desert! 🌵

Where should I park?

There is plenty of free parking near the entrance, and at the rear of the venue. Please note that hotel parking is not complimentary. Guests booking within our hotel room block will receive a discounted parking rate of $9.
