Our story began at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. We were both going to events for Latinos held at the Student Center, but we are positive we only attended for the free food and the socializing aspect. Once classes started, we ran into each other going into and out of buildings. One Saturday night of dancing Bachata and Merengue at a nearby dance hall, timing was there and we were face to face. Introducing ourselves and exchanging our names and smiles, we became good friends and stayed connected thanks to social media. After endless conversations, funny and romantic moments, the rest was history!
