I need a hotel accomadation, who do I reach out to?

"We need to know how many people are coming before we make the hotel block. Please let me know as soon as possible and how many rooms you need, and I will make sure to have accommodation ready and discounted prices available to you!"

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Due to restrictions of the venue, we are unable to offer an open bar. However, you are welcome to bring your own beverages. Additionally, the hotel lobby has its own bar just down the hall
