We sincerely wish we could extend invitations to all, but we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation If you received a plus-one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP online Thank you for understanding

When is the hotel reservation deadline?

The cut-off date for both hotels is September 15, 2023 See the Travel page on our website for reservation details

Are kids invited?

Answer

We truly wish we could invite all of your children to our wedding! However, we are only able to invite the children of our families If you received an invitation with "Family" on the envelope, then your children are invited Children's names will appear under your name when you RSVP online

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open at 4:45 in the evening and will shut at 5:20 The ceremony will begin at 5:30 Please give yourself ample time to park and enter the ceremony venue

What should I wear?

Answer

We love to see our family and friends dress up! The ceremony will take place indoors in the Grand Ballroom at the Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian Center Cocktail/Semi-Formal attire is requested, which generally means cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks

Are the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Yes! We've made it simple for you and for ourselves Easy-peasy is our wedding planning motto;-)

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes The Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian Center has ample parking easily accessible to the venue There is no parking fee for the ceremony and reception; however there is a parking fee for overnight use

Will food be served?

Answer

Yes! We'll have hors d'oeuvres during the Cocktail Hour starting at 6:00 Dinner will be served at approximately 7:15 Marinated Kale Salad with shaved shallots, dried cranberries, Asiago and Parmesan cheese, candied pecans, and sherry vinaigrette Guest's Choice of Entree Rosemary French-Cut Chicken Breast with charred scallion mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, and chicken demi-glace or Jumbo Lump Maryland Crab Cake with charred poblano pepper remoulade, Old Bay mashed potatoes, and herbed asparagus or Grilled New York Steak with Gruyere au gratin potatoes, roasted garlic broccolini, and port demi-glace or Za'atar Roasted Cauliflower Steaks with garbanzo and herb couscous and local vegetables with tahini dill sauce Wedding Cake

Will there be a children's dinner?

Yes! Invited children under 12 may select the following dinner (instead of one of the other entrees): Two Beef Sliders served with Fruit Cup French Fries Ice Cream Sundae Apple Juice Please check back soon
