Minneapolis Chain of Lakes
One of our favorite parts of the Twin Cities, Ernie's favorite spot to canoe - bike, walk, lounge around the Lakes of Minneapolis! There are plenty of beaches and several spots to rent canoes, kayaks, etc. Lake Harriet also has a restaurant and bandshell where you may even catch some live music outdoors!
Minnehaha Falls
Check out the beautiful Minnehaha Falls and grab a yummy bite to eat at Sea Salt Eatery! There is a nice 2 mile out-and-back trail that begins at the base of the falls into the Mississippi River Valley.
Local Breweries
Minneapolis is full of great breweries, you can't go wrong! Some of our favorites include Bauhaus, Indeed, Inbound, Pryes, Modist, Fulton... Okay, they're all our favorites.
Aster Cafe
The heart of St. Anthony Main - a great spot to grab an app or a drink before the reception! Sit outside on their patio and enjoy the river and city views.

Another great spot for a drink in St. Anthony Main between the ceremony and reception!
