FAQs

If your question is not answered below, please reach out to Maeve or Calvin.
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 2:00 PM. Please be seated at 1:45 PM at the latest to avoid interruptions.

Question

Where do I park for the ceremony?

Answer

There is a free parking lot behind the cathedral. You can access this lot via Rockwell Ave. There are plenty of street parking spots near the Cathedral.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

In keeping with the cathedral setting, we kindly request formal attire - suits and ties for men and full-length dresses / jumpsuits or elegant eveningwear for women. Please avoid white or cream dresses.

Question

Why is there a gap between the wedding ceremony and the reception?

Answer

This "gap" is common for Catholic wedding ceremonies. You can use this time to check into the hotel, freshen up, explore the area, or grab a pre-reception drink! See “Things to Do” for a list of our favorite spots.

Question

How do I get to the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

The address for the Cathedral is listed in the "Schedule" tab. Guests are expected to find their own transportation to the ceremony. A guest shuttle will be provided to and from the Holiday Inn to the reception at the Everly. We want you to party with us and be safe getting home at the end of the night! View the "Travel" tab for more information on the guest shuttle.

Question

When do I need to submit my RSVP?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP as soon as you know your plans but no later than March 21, 2026. This allows ample time for us to coordinate with our venue and caterer.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

There is a block of rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn and the Courtyard by Marriot. If you'd like to be closer to all the weekend's events, we recommend choosing the Holiday Inn. See the "Travel" tab for hotel block information. There are also many other hotels and airbnbs in the area - so stay where you’re comfortable!

Question

Do I have to stay in your hotel block?

Answer

Short answer - no! However, staying in the block keeps you closer to the wedding festivities. Also, there is a guest shuttle to and from the Holiday Inn and the reception venue.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, please see the “Registry” tab.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't assure accommodation of plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. When you RSVP you'll see the exact names of those invited in your party. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

If your children are invited, they will be listed on your invite and appear on the website when you RSVP. We’d love for this to be your parents’ night out, so feel free to come and party... however, we don’t want childcare to be a reason you can’t celebrate with us - so we’d love to see your littles as well!
