We both decided to try our hand at the online dating scene. Chris stole Mia’s heart by using the opening line “What is the startup you’re working on?”. We met for sodas the next day and went on three dates over the course of that one weekend (including a midnight run to iHop where Chris bought Mia a Happy face chocolate chip pancake). We decided on no labels, no pressure, just being together and have now been together for over 4 years and have assimilated the title of fiancé for one another, soon to be husband and wife. Through all the ups and downs and life we’ve been through, we’ve supported each other’s dreams and hopes (and our healthy obsession with Disneyland). We have strengthened each other’s love of God and His plan for us and are forever grateful that He brought us together. We can’t wait to take this next step together and for all the other pieces that come into place along the way!
