What do I need to know for the wedding?

The Cedars Ranch Our venue and lodging are at the same location, which is booked out for our event. The Cedars Ranch is set on 20 acres and has a resort-style pool with cabanas and a pool bar, sauna, cold plunge, pickleball courts, bocce ball, short walking paths, and cocktail lounge. Lodging The Cedars Ranch has agreed to reduce the minimum night stay to 1 night. There are still a few open geodomes/cabins. If you’re a local, consider booking for Saturday night and joining us Sunday morning at the Farewell brunch! Use code TCR10 for a 10% discount on room bookings — this applies to guests booking outside of our main group. Contact TCR if you want to stay Thursday night as well. Schedule of Events Friday, April 17 All day - Andrea and I will be on-site all day Friday and we know most of our guests are traveling on Thursday or Friday. We’ll organize a little pickleball tourney for anyone wanting to play and hang out at the pool for most of the day. Please come! 4:00pm - Check in begins (we’ll let you know if you can access your accommodations earlier) 6:00pm - Welcome dinner at The Cedars Ranch - All are invited to join us for a poolside party. We’ll have TacoMan 512 food truck and aguas frescas. - We’ll have some beer and wine, but we recommend BYOB for Friday and the after-party Saturday night. Saturday, April 18 Relax at the pool or play some pickleball at The Cedars Ranch. Enjoy Wimberley shops, restaurants, nature preserves, swimming holes, hiking, or whatever else you want to get into! 5:00pm - Guests can start arriving at the ceremony site 5:30pm - Outdoor ceremony begins 6:00pm - Outdoor cocktail hour w/open bar 7:00pm - Indoor reception at the event hall w/ open bar 10:30pm - After party at the pool bar - BYOB Sunday, April 19 8:00 - 10:00am - Farewell brunch at the pool 10:00am - Checkout

Wedding Attire Bridal party is opting for black tie, but we want our guests to have fun and be comfortable. Anything ranging from cocktail attire to black tie is great! Come prepared for the heat—daily highs will likely be in the 80’s with lows in the 60’s. Our ceremony will be outside. Wear whatever you want for the welcome party!

We invite you to join us for our entire wedding celebration! While the ceremony begins at 5:30pm on Saturday, we'd love for you to be part of the festivities starting with our welcome dinner on Friday evening.

Yes, The Cedars Ranch offers convenient parking options, including dedicated lots for both the ceremony and reception, as well as additional parking at each accommodation.
