How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP directly through the “RSVP” tab on our website. If you know you won’t be able to join us, please let us know as soon as possible — we’d really appreciate it!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress in formal attire! We encourage suits for the gentlemen (ties are optional), and floor-length or cocktail dresses for the ladies.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be shuttles available from Tru by Hilton Ashburn One Loudoun to the venue and back. Shuttles will leave promptly at 3:00pm to ensure guests arrive to the venue in time to be seated prior to the ceremony beginning. You do not need to be a guest at the hotel to take the shuttle. Parking is available at the venue for guests who would prefer to drive. However, overnight parking is not available. Please be responsible.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes early to be seated comfortably. We will be starting promptly at 4:00pm.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, with the cocktail hour and reception featuring both indoor and outdoor spaces. We recommend keeping the weather in mind when choosing your attire and footwear!

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

As much as we’d love to have everyone bring a date, our venue has limited space. If a plus one is included, you’ll see it on your invitation.

Can I take my own photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put away phones and cameras during the ceremony. We’re having an unplugged ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us. Don’t worry - we’ll have professional photographers capturing every moment!
