THE GROVE & BALMORAL CLUB: The Grove is your central hub from dust till dawn. SANDALS BAREFOOT CAY (OFFSHORE ISLAND): Guests can visit our beautiful offshore island. Ferry runs every hour on the hour, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Ferry returns from the island at a quarter to the hour (i.e. 10:45 a.m.), with the last ferry returning at 4:50 p.m LANDSPORTS: Basketball, Croquet, Beach Volleyball, Billiards and Pool Table, Darts, Indoor Games, Shuffleboard and Table Tennis. One (1) Tennis Court and four (4) Pickle ball Courts lit for night play. WATERSPORTS: Our resort offers Hobie Cats, Kayaks, Water Trikes, Paddleboards and Snorkeling (daily excursions at 10:00 a.m. & 12:00 noon). Open Daily: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PENTHOUSE FITNESS CENTER: Our Fitness facilities which offer panoramic ocean views are available 24/7. STEAM ROOM: Two (located at Red Lane Spa).
