Guests have the option to stay at the Jackson Gore Inn at Okemo Mountain, where we've arranged a 10% discount code with the hotel. Please note that this is not a room block, and availability is first-come, first-served, so we strongly advise guests to book early. The 10% discount applies to both phone and online reservations and is valid three days pre- and post-wedding date should guests want to extend their stay. Reservations can be made online directly by clicking on the "View" link below. If you are having any issues with the link, typically this is solved by changing the check-in and check-out dates to display available inventory. The discount rate should be automatically applied by following the link. You can also call the hotel directly to make the reservation at 855-945-0553. Be sure to provide the discount code when making your booking. Very important: please request early check-in at the time of booking—this is critical so your room can be prioritized for earlier arrival. Transportation will be provided to and from the venue, with timing and pickup details to follow.

Shuttle

A shuttle will pick up from the Jackson Gore Inn at 3:30pm EST and bring guests to the venue. Two shuttles will be available for transport back: the first at 10:00pm immediately after the reception, and the second at 11:15pm post after-party. Official wedding schedule will be posted once finalized.
