When Do I Need To RSVP By?

Please RSVP by the 22nd of March 2026 using the QR code on your formal invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What is the Dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family all dressed up for our big day. We would love semi-formal. Gentlemen: Dress pants + Dress shirt (Jacket optional) Ladies: Sundress, midi dress. our ceremony is on grass please keep that in mind when picking shoes Please avoid Jeans/Denim, shorts and ladies please avoid all shades of white

What time is the ceremony and where?

Answer

We ask guests to arrive by 2:45pm for a 3pm start. Our ceremony is at Rowan Robinson Park NSW. Please note this is directly across from the reception space.

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is minimal parking available, we recommend Ubering when possible or allowing extra time prior to the ceremony to find parking

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, an RSVP is absolutely required for everyone. It is essential in the planning for seating and reception meals. If you do not RSVP you will be missed but we cannot add anyone in after the RSVP date.

Where is the reception held?

Answer

Our Cocktail Hour is held at the Kingscliff Hotel and our reception is upstairs at Babalou. Please note our wedding coordinator will direct you to where you need to go and when.

Can I take Pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We would love all our guests to be present in this part of our day. If you wish to still take photos we request you be mindful of our photographers and videographer and move aside so they can have full view.

Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Absolutely! We would love to see all the photos and videos of the fun our guests are having. We kindly ask if you could avoid putting photos of Mark and I up before we do.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We have put a bar tab on which will include beer, wine and basic spirits. If you wish to order something outside of this unfortunately you will have to purchase yourself.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is held outdoors depending on the weather. Our reception is indoors.

Is there seating at the ceremony?

Answer

Due to council restrictions, we are only able to have 20 seats, we please ask if you could leave these seats for family members, pregnant or injured guests

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Although not expected, if you would like to give us a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon would be amazing.
