The wedding will be outside in tents, so please dress for the weather and consider your footwear. We will have propane heaters for the tents if necessary. Other than that, cocktail attire is appropriate.
Parking will be available at 2040 Tudor Road, Elida. In the case of inclement weather other arrangements will be made. Please check back the week of the wedding for further instructions.
If you are staying at one of the hotels with rooms blocked we would greatly appreciate if you utilize the shuttle service. A shuttle service is available for hotel guests and will pick up and drop off at the Courtyard by Marriott. You will be notified via text message of the pick up time for your shuttle. Shuttles will then take people back to the hotel at 8:45, 9:45, and 10:45 pm. If you do not receive a text message but wish to take the shuttle, please contact Brian or Maegan so we can add you to the list.
We are going to follow the health and safety requirements that restaurants and wedding venues in the State of Ohio are currently following. We will have hand sanitizer available, will limit tables to 8 people, and will ask guests to please wear masks when not sitting at their table and not eating or drinking. We also ask that groups of people not at tables be kept at a maximum of 10 guests. No safeguards are perfect, but we feel these are the right guidelines to follow in order to keep our guests safe and comfortable with attending.
