How do i rsvp? When should i rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2026. Once we send out invitations and you do not RSVP by August 1st, 2026, we will be unable to accommodate you at our wedding. We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we cannot accept late RSVPs, and we will mark any unanswered responses as "declined". If you still need to RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" tab before the deadline. This is also the last day to book the room block. When you go to RSVP, you will also need to make your entree selection.

Can i bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be limited to those named on the invitation.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is Philadelphia International Airport. The airport is approximately 45 minutes away from the Hilton Garden Inn - Hamilton. You have the option to rent a car or hire a car service if that is what you prefer; however, there are plenty of ride-share options available!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire. This includes tea, midi, or floor-length dresses for women and suits with or without a tie for men, no jeans please! We ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams. Ladies, please refrain from wearing floor-length black dresses as it is reserved for the bridesmaids.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes (fingers crossed), the ceremony will be outdoors! September brings unpredictable weather; we recommend you dress accordingly. Cocktail hour and reception will be both indoors/outdoors.

What time should i arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive by 4:00pm to ensure you get to your seat in time for the ceremony!

Is there transportation?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle service from the Hilton Garden Inn - Hamilton for guests staying there. The shuttle time is still to be determined. If you would like to attend the after-party and are not staying at the hotel, please find responsible means of transportation, such as Uber or Lyft. The wedding venue allows cars to be parked overnight.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of space to park! However, we strongly encourage using a ride-share service such as Uber or Lyft if you are not staying at the hotel and utilizing the shuttle. Feel free to leave your car at the venue overnight if needed. You can pick it up the following day without any additional charges or restrictions.

Can i take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that once the ceremony starts that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographers to be able to capture the best pictures that we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like, and don't forget to share them with us!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! While we want you to have fun, please remember to drink responsibly and have prior arrangements scheduled to get home safely at the end of the night. No shots are allowed at the venue.

I have a food allergy, can i make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy-related concerns/requests.

Will there be an After-Party?

Answer

Yes! We will be holding the after-party at the Hilton Garden Inn - Hamilton, the same hotel where we reserved our room block.
