👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 What if our room choice has a maximum occupancy limit?

Answer

In some cases, there are ways to work around room occupancy limits. For example, you may be able to reserve your preferred room with one child under your reservation, and have the second child linked to another family member’s room reservation. We’ve done this in the past — one child was officially listed under another room, while everyone still stayed together in the same room. We recommend speaking directly with the travel agents, as they can guide you and help find the best solution based on your situation.

What is the RSVP deadline

The deadline to RSVP as part of our group is July 10th, 2026. If you need a bit more time, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us — we’ll do our best to coordinate something for you!
