Please RSVP by February 15th. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you don't, please respect our wishes as we are trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm so we request guests plan to arrive no earlier than 4:20pm but no later than 4:50pm.
We encourage guests to dress their best! We kindly ask you refrain from wearing casual clothes such as jeans or tshirts. Our bridesmaids will be in floor length dresses and out groomsmen will be in tuxes for reference!
Our ceremony will be in the beautiful chapel at Deerfield Estates! After the ceremony, we will have an outdoor cocktail hour on the patio of the reception barn. The reception will be in the barn at Deerfield!
The first few rows of seats at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family but all others are open seating. There will be designated seating for the reception and will have a seating chart up on the big day to direct you to your seat!
There is parking in the lot by the chapel and another lot on the back of the property closer to the reception hall. You are welcome to park in either of these lots!
The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be outdoors.
We will be making our exit at 10:00pm and our vendors will promptly begin breaking down at that time.
