Heather was living in Kansas in December of 2016, but found herself in Brentwood visiting her parents for the holidays. One night she was bored and looking for someone to hang out with, so she hopped on Tinder where she came across Kyle's profile. She swiped right. Kyle moved back to Brentwood in July of 2016, and in December found himself living with his parents. One night he was playing Wii golf with his dad and while it wasn't his turn, he hopped on Tinder where he came across Heather's profile. He swiped right. It was a match. Heather initiated the conversation and they instantly got along. They set up a dinner date a couple nights later and the chemistry continued. The two discussed their life plans and goals, and wound up going out for drinks after dinner was over. They hung out a few more times before Heather's visit to California was over. They made sure to stay in touch despite the distance, and in February of 2017, Heather made the move to California. They started officially dating the following month on March 19.
