This is a masks-required wedding. Please wear a high-quality respirator (KN95, KF94, N95, elastomeric, P100, etc) at all times when not eating. We will provide an assortment of masks, and you can check out https://linktr.ee/buymasks for tons of options.

A negative COVID test on Saturday is required for attendance. We will provide a limited number of tests at the venue. If you are able to test ahead of time Saturday morning, please do.
Outdoors
The ceremony will be outside. The reception will be in an open-air pavilion with a floor and roof but no walls. There will be heat lamps and large fans throughout the space. In the event of rain, the ceremony will also be in the pavilion. The food will be buffet-style so everyone will not be eating at the same time.
Protect yourself and others
If you are feeling sick, even if you test negative for COVID, please stay home. We'd love for you to join the ceremony livestream if you feel up for it.
Follow up when needed
If you learn you have COVID, flu, RSV, or any other viral illness soon after the wedding, please reach out to Mads or Riley so that we can follow up with folks and let them know about possible exposure.
Wheelchair & motorized chair-accessible
The path from the parking lot/entrance of the park to the event space is paved, with moderate inclines at times. The ceremony seating will be in a grassy circle with curb cuts for access. The reception is at a flat pavilion with wood floors. Bathrooms are on the first floor in a building adjacent to the event space. The doors to the building with the bathrooms do not have automated push-to-open buttons.
Mics & speakers
Speakers during the ceremony will be mic'd. The ceremony booklet will contain transcripts of all spoken elements. We do not have ASL interpretation. There will be a band and a DJ during the reception.
Brightness and flash
The ceremony will be held outdoors with no additional lighting. The reception will lit by fairy lights strung through the rafters of the pavilion. There may be flash photography.
