Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for parking and seating. The ceremony is scheduled to start at 3pm.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.
We'd love for our guests to dress up and celebrate with us! Suits, dress shirts and ties, midi dresses, and floor-length gowns are all welcome. Feel free to wear your favourite colours and look your best—just save the whites, ivories, and creams for the bride!
We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If you have been given a plus one, it will be clearly indicated on your invite.

The bar during the reception will accept cash, debit, and credit. Drinks will be available for purchase throughout the evening, with beverages priced between $7–$8.
No. Outside alcohol is not permitted at the venue due to venue policies and licensing requirements.
No — the venue is not a campground. There are no hookups, power, water, or camping amenities available. If you would like to bring an RV or trailer to park overnight, please let us know in advance. Tailgating, outdoor setups, and camping-style activities are not permitted. We kindly ask that pets be left at home for the evening.
Yes! Complimentary shuttle service will be available at the end of the evening, departing the venue at 11:30 PM and 12:45 AM. The shuttle will make stops at both the Best Western Plus and Canalta hotels in Airdrie. Please note that guests are responsible for arranging transportation to the venue and for retrieving their vehicles the following day, if applicable.
