When do I need to be at the venue?

Answer

At least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time (5 PM). Please be on time!

What will parking be like?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking at the venue and there will be a specific lot for guests to park in.

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are two local hotels (Purple Orchid and Best Western). We have reserved a block of room at the Best Western. Please call the hotel directly at (925) 456-5422 and ask for block names, Madrigal and Rodriguez Wedding. The rooms for this block will cost $139 per night.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The only kids invited are the ones in our wedding party. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any other children due to the capacity of our venue.

Can I bring additional people?

Answer

We are already at capacity for invitations. Only the people listed on your RSVP link are being invite to attend.

What is the attire?

Answer

It is a black tie wedding, so please plan to attend in formal wear.
