What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4:15 PM Guests who arrive late will not be allowed into the ceremony space.

Please refer to the invitation mailed as we will only be able to accommodate those listed, we appreciate your understanding.

Is there parking on site?

Complimentary parking is included. Guests can also leave cars overnight if needed.

Does the hotel provide transportation?

Answer

There is a hotel shuttle that runs on a first-come-first-serve basis & will travel within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. This includes The Albany International Airport.

Is there a dress code?

Formal & Cocktail Attire Dress To Impress Please no jeans, leggings or t-shirts.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by served salads & a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. Cocktail hour & reception will include a premium open bar.

Your presence at our wedding is a gift in itself. However, if you would like to contribute to our future together as husband & wife, a wishing well will be available at our reception.
