Is there a dress code?

Black Tie with Venetian twist We are going a little glam! Our wedding is black tie, its the perfect excuse to dress up! Women: Floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses or chic separates. Think black or black with sparkle! Men: tuexedo is traditional (bow tie included). Bonuses for any Italian flair. Shoes: Formal, but be able to survive a canal-side stroll. Optional, but fun: Venetian Masks. In the spirit of the city's legendary masquerade balls, masks are encouraged but not required. Feel free to wear one for a few photos, at cocktail hour, or to channel some sexy mystery. (Think Venice, sexy, seductive, but this is NOT Halloween)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

On the day of the ceremony, we will be providing group transport to and from the wedding venue by boat. Details will be shared closer to the date.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Travelling with kids is a big decision. While this will be an adult-focused celebration, children are welcome if it makes sense for your family :) All we ask is that you let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly, especially for seating and transportation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be 0 parking spots since there are no cars and no roads. We will be providing transport to and from the ceremony. Let's leave the driving to the gondolas.
