What if the event gets cancelled due to COVID?

Answer

Any updates would be reflected first on the website, and directly second. Please check back often if you have concerns. We are not expecting a cancellation or rescheduling at this time.

What COVID-related measures are being taken?

Answer

We are currently moving forward following local, state, and CDC event guidelines. That means we will fall below the maximum guest allotment, and disposable masks will be available to our guests. At the reception we will be working with our coordinators to maximize safety and sanitary precautions. We will also look into providing colored bracelets for the indoor reception so that our guests may indicate their level of comfort with social distancing.

Will you be offering a remote invitation?

Answer

We are currently weighing the options of utilizing Zoom for social distancing during the ceremony and/or reception. If this is something you would be interested in as an alternative, please let us know as we consider the benefits and logistics.

Where are your hotel reservations?

Answer

Due to the current pandemic, hotels were unable to block rooms with any degree of certainty. If you need help arranging accommodations for the weekend, please let us know and we will revisit our local arrangements.

What about ceremony parking?

Answer

Because the ceremony is being held at a private residence, we are currently finalizing parking arrangements. We will update the website as soon as we know more.
