When do I need to book my hotel room by?

Answer

03/03/2024 We have provided a wedding room block for discounted hotel room rates at the Courtyard Marriott by Southington. When booking, ask to book under the Macke-Gonzalez wedding block. To obtain a discounted rate, all rooms must be booked by 03/03/2024. A QR code to our wedding block link can be found on the details card in your invitation or a link to our room block can be found under the hotel/shuttle tab on our website. A shuttle will be provided for those who book under the Macke-Gonzalez room block, to and from the venue.

What time should I arrive at Aria?

Answer

Guests should arrive at Arias Chapel (45 Murphy Road, Prospect CT 06712) for 4:25-4:45pm. Doors will shut at 5:00 PM

There will be shuttle services from the Courtyard by Marriott Southington that transports you to and from the venue at Aria. **LIMITED SHUTTLE SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO BOOK UNDER THE MACKE-GONZALEZ WEDDING ROOM BLOCK OF DISCOUNTED ROOMS**

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult-only ceremony and reception so that everyone can celebrate and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Yes, guests will enjoy a 6 hour premium top shelf open bar. Imported and domestic beers. Red and white wine bottles on each table.

SECOND COURSE: PENNE ALA VODKA PASTA Sautéed in a creamy tomato Vodka sauce. CHOICE OF ENTREE: FILET MIGNON W/ MASHED POTATOES Center cut filet mignon delicately flame broiled and complimented with a burgundy sauce. A TRIO OF STUFFED SHRIMP W/ VEGTABLE RISOTTO. Jumbo baked stuffed shrimp with seafood stuffing. FRESH ATLANTIC SALMON W/ VETGTABLE RISOTTO. Fresh Atlantic salmon seared in a beurre blanc sauce. CHICKEN SALTIMBOCCA W/ MASHED POTATOES.
