Please visit the travel page to view the hotels closest to the venue where room blocks are available. Downtown Raleigh is 15-20 minutes away if you would prefer to stay in that area.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes, please look for the EcoStyle shuttle bus. If you are staying at the Courtyard Marriott, be downstairs ready to be picked up no later than 4:15 PM. If you are staying at the DoubleTree, please be ready to be picked up at 4:30 PM. The bus will also drop off at the hotels following the conclusion of the event at 10:00 PM. Uber & Lyft are also available in all areas of town.

Guests are welcome to start arriving at 4:30 PM. We ask that you are seated ready to begin ceremony promptly at 5 PM.

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Yes but all vehicles must be picked up between 9 AM-11AM the next morning.
