Madison and Houston met through mutual friends during their senior year at the University of Northern Iowa in the fall of 2019. Their relationship bloomed following endless Dunkin’ coffee runs, study sessions at the library, wine + game nights, competing in sports, and watching their favorite shows. After graduating from UNI in May 2020, Houston moved to Des Moines for work. Madison followed the move to Des Moines in Spring of 2022 to complete an internship and begin her career. Together, they've loved exploring Des Moines; trying new restaurants and breweries, attending sporting events, cheering on the Hawkeyes and Panthers, traveling, and hosting friends/family over. They recently purchased their first house in Waukee and share their home with their sweet cat, Maple. They’re so excited to begin this next chapter and celebrate their wedding day with the people they love most!
