There are two large airport options I would suggest: 1) Portland International Airport (PDX) which is the closest large airport at about an hour drive to the venue 2) Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) which is a little further clocking in at about a 2 1/2 hour drive to the venue
Anytime after 4:00 pm, if you are in the wedding party the rehearsal begins at 5:30 pm!
We will be catering the rehearsal dinner on Friday 13 June and the reception dinner on Saturday 14 June for all guests. If you are in the wedding party we will also have brunch provided the morning of Saturday 14 June. For all other guests there is a kitchen area with cookware available for use the entire stay so grab some groceries on your way to the lodge and utilize the kitchen as necessary for breakfast and lunch on Saturday!
Sheets for the beds are provided but I would recommend bringing your own towels and soap and highly recommend shower shoes!
There is one toilet and shower on the lower level of the main lodge and one toilet on the upper level. There is also a men’s and women’s restroom located just outside the main lodge in the “bath house” with two toilets and two showers in each. Additionally, there are two cabins that will be used by the wedding party (Bunk House and Dalarna Cabin) which each have a toilet and shower in them. With the limited number of bathrooms I HIGHLY recommend women bring a lighted mirror of some sort to allow them to do their hair and makeup at their bed instead of in the bathroom!
There are 4 double beds, 35 twin beds, and 3 futons in the main lodge. There are 4 double beds in the Dalarna Cabin. Wedding party will be taking all beds in the Dalarna Cabin. There are 4 double beds, 8 twin beds, and one futon in the Bunk House. Wedding party will be taking all beds in the Bunk House. I will assign beds for everyone who RSVPs that they will be staying in the lodge! Please understand there is EXTREMELY limited privacy in the lodge and not enough double beds for all couples to be assigned a double bed. I will of course ensure couples are placed next to each other (or in bunk beds with each other) if you do not get assigned a double bed, but please understand no one is getting a private room so you will be sharing bedrooms with many other people if you stay in the lodge. June is one of the driest months of the year in Washington state making it ideal for weddings! Daily highs range from 69-74 degrees with lows ranging from 53-56 degrees. In the off-chance it does rain we have available for use “Anna’s Pavilion” where we plan to have the rehearsal dinner the day prior, it is a fully indoor area!
