Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)

Washington, DC and Virginia have a multiple airports. The most convenient to the hotels and venue is DCA. It is only a 10 minute Uber/Lyft/Taxi ride to the hotel, or a 30 minute Metro ride.

Reservations must be made by Friday, July 21, 2023 in order to receive the room rate. This is the hotel that the complimentary bus will be picking up and returning guest too. The room rate is $229 per night and rooms are available to guests from Thursday August 17th through Sunday August 20th, 2023. Additional state and federal taxes will be applied to the rate as well. The Ritz-Carlton is in the heart of Pentagon City with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the Metro is only a 5 minute walk and can take you into DC to explore the sites.

The hotel provides a special wedding block parking rate at $15.00 per night. Additional state and federal taxes will be applied to the rate as well. This hotel is located in a more suburban area of Arlington off the highway. There unfortunately are not restaurants or amenities walking distance from the hotel.
