We’re getting married!!!

Wyatt and Maddie met in 2015 while playing for the same AAU basketball club (shoutout Phenom). Their relationship from then on was friendly (mostly) until college. During Christmas break of freshman year, Maddie and her friends would sneak out to the UMary dorms to hangout with Wyatt and his roommate, Justin. When Maddie had to go back to college, she and Wyatt talked all day everyday and started officially "hanging out" that summer. Wyatt was basically begging Maddie to be his girlfriend but Maddie wasn't so sure until one romantic night at WeFest (lol) when she said "so are we dating?" and the rest was history. After two years of long distance and many trips to watch Wyatt play basketball, they moved in together. If they weren’t separable before, they definitely aren’t now! They lived in a few places together, their favorite with Estee and Baylee, before officially buying a house in 2023 and adopting their babies, Pistachio and Muffin, a week later. On a random Wednesday in October of 2023, Wyatt asked Maddie to go to dinner. Little did Maddie know that while they were at dinner, Estee and Laini were decorating their dining room so Wyatt could propose. To say Maddie was shocked is an understatement! But it was perfect in their first home. Wyatt told Maddie that he got the ring that Monday and just couldn't wait any longer so that's why he chose Wednesday night (that's Maddie’s favorite detail). Though ups and downs, happy times and not, one thing has stayed consistent and that is they do it all together (with the company of friends and family of course). We are so so blessed and excited to have all of you in our lives and cannot wait to celebrate our marriage!! LOVE YOU ALL.
