This property will be where we have the Ceremony and Reception. They do not block out rooms due to February being a busy month. Please reserve your rooms early if you wish to be near the wedding party and the family. Reservations should be made through the online reservation system, available at the following link: https://beds24.com/booking2.php?propid=125275&layout=2&referer=Wedding We kindly request you include the wedding name in the format "Bride's Last Name & Groom's Last Name" in the comments section to help the resort identify your reservation accurately. “Mahoney & Patterson Wedding” There are multiple other resorts, hotels and VRBO's in the area. If you wish to stay somewhere else, most all resorts are a 5-10 minute walk to Hotel Costa Verde. The resort and area is on the side of a mountain so if you wish to taxi to make things easier, the main road runs right through the resort.

Quepos/Manuel Antonio
San Jose, Costa Rica is the International Airport you will want to fly into. There are direct flights from multiple US cities to San Jose. Those cities are Los Angeles, Atlanta, Dallas, and Denver. United Airlines travels through Los Angeles and Denver, American Airlines goes through Dallas, and Delta Airlines goes through Atlanta. I am sure there are other airlines or cities but we have found these flights through these cities to be the most economical and quickest routes. From San Jose Airport to Manuel Antonio there are multiple options of transportation. Fastest option: Domestic flight with Sansa Air from San Jose to Quepos. Flights range between $50-$100 one way. Flight time is about 20-30 minutes once in the air. Quepos is the nearest town to Manuel Antonio and a ten minute drive to Hotel Costa Verde. Second Option: Rent a car. The trip will take about three hours but allows you to drive one of the most scenic highways in Costa Rica. Third Option: Share a bus/taxi with friends and family flying in or around the same time. Drive time is estimated at three hours but will be the cheapest option and allow you to explore local towns on the way to Quepos/Manuel Antonio. See link to shuttle service recommended by Resort. The resort can help accommodate transportation for worry free travel. https://costaverde.com/booktransportation Sea Shell Transfers & Tours- https://seashellcr.com/ The road trip from the airport to the resort is just under 3 hours. It is recommended to do this drive during the day time so please look at flights arriving mid day or morning to do so. If you are unable to find mid day arrival flights, you can still drive at night but you will miss the sight seeing. Hotel has said there are accommodations around San Jose Airport if you want to wait until the next morning. Completely up to you and how you wish to Travel.
