We have reserved a block of 15 rooms at a nearby hotel for 5/15-5/16. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking as soon as possible. Rooms must be booked by April 25th, 2026.

If you’re flying into Rapid City, we suggest renting a car for the weekend. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is conveniently located at Rapid City Regional Airport. Having your own vehicle will make getting to the venue and around the area much easier.
Flight
If you’re flying in, the closest airport is Rapid City Regional Airport (RAP). From there, it’s approximately 1 hour to the venue. We suggest renting a car, as rideshare availability may be limited, and transportation will not be provided.
