Once upon a time, in the beautiful state of Montana, there lived a young man by the name of Ryan. A lover of all things wild, Ryan had it made…at least that’s what he thought. Little did he know, his destiny was about to move into the apartment below. *In walks the lovely, Lady May (aka Madison)* Lady May, a native from the land of Magnolias, pulled into her new town of Whitefish, Montana. She was in awe of its beauty and excited to see what her new life had in store. She planted her roots in a quaint, downtown apartment. As she unpacked, she heard a knock on the door. When she opened it, she saw a handsome young man standing in front of her with the most beautiful curly locks. It was her upstairs neighbor. They talked for a while and she felt an instant connection with him. He was kind and charming, and she couldn't help but feel drawn to him. However, Lady May had several run-ins with this “charming” type in the past. She decided right then and there that they would just be friends. As days passed, they started spending more time together. They went on hikes, camped with friends, and danced the night away at local venues. Ryan, the confident man that he was, couldn’t resist. He knew he had to have her. With the courage of a lion, Ryan decided to ask Lady May if he could court her. To his dismay, she declined….time and time again. One thing about Ryan…He is patient. One beautiful Summer day, Ryan escorted Lady May to Finger Lake to feel the wind in their hair while cliff jumping. However, fate took a different turn when Lady May slipped and fell into the water. When she came up from the water she looked up to see Ryan diving in head first after her. When she looked down, reality set in. The water below her was saturated with red. Despite the danger, Ryan never gave up on Lady May and carried her to safety through the mountainous hills. When they finally reached civilization, Lady May discovered that she had shattered both her feet and could no longer walk. Through this trying time, Ryan never left her side. They got to know each other more in these three weeks than some people do in three years. Lady May, steadfast and sensible, acknowledged his selflessness. Even then, the only thing holding hierarchy in her life was living life to the fullest extent and being happy. Since getting to know each other, Ryan had concluded that Lady May couldn’t resist an adventure with a view. He took her to the top of a Mountain where they camped in the back of Lady May’s wagon. They had a wonderful night under the stars and awoke to the most beautiful sunrise they had ever seen. It was this moment, that Lady May agreed to go steady with the curly-haired beau from upstairs. Years of bliss and prosperity pass them by as they migrate from one Montana town to the next. They finally settled in the land of the Bobcat, Bozeman, Montana. This was a special town in Ryan’s eyes. This would be the town where Lady May becomes HIS Lady for life. One snowy day, Ryan asked Lady May and her court to join him for a stroll on the frozen lake of Hyalite which they frequented with their two jesters, Beau and Ziggy. While Lady May’s court hid amongst the trees, Ryan knelt down on one knee and asked Lady May to be….Lady May Minteer. The two will bring this betrothal to reality on the 26th day of September over the mirrored water of Whitefish Lake. The beauty of nature brought them together…The beauty of nature will forever bind their souls. Love everlasting! Join us as we celebrate the splendor of love that is THE MINTEERS!
