The bride and groom welcome guests arriving on Friday night to join them by the bar and patio at Courtyard by Marriott hotel to commune before the big day. We have a room block available at this hotel for guests and the wedding party (see Travel page).

Ceremony
4:00 pm

Attire is semi-formal / garden party. For shoes, keep in mind that you will be walking on grass areas.
Please arrive between 3:00 - 3:30 PM for the ceremony to begin at 4:00 PM. A shuttle bus will be available to take guests from the Courtyard hotel to the wedding venue at 2:30pm and 3:30pm. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the departing times.
Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Join us for cocktails, dinner, and dancing to follow the ceremony. A shuttle bus will be available to take guests from the venue back to the Courtyard hotel after the Reception.
