We’re getting married

We met at Kona Grill working together. I started as a host and he had been serving there for awhile. We naturally gravitate toward eachother and started as good friends because I was in a relationship. Then when that old relationship fizzled out he asked me on a date! Truth be told he had called us getting married almost to the exact year while we were friends! I thought he was joking, but look at us now!

We had both just graduated from University of Cincinnati and were planning a “graduation trip.” We booked a week in Hawaii since neither if us had been there and wanted to go! When we got there we planned a sunrise hike to the top of Koko Head Mountain. After an INSANE hike to the top and cooling down... it happened! He asked me if I would do him a favor and I said yes. I turned reached for our bag thinking and needed something from it. When I didn't hear a follow up I look at him and then he got on one knee. That's when he asked me if would marry him! There is a funny story about the ring but you will have to come to the wedding to hear that ;)
