Riggs and I met in 2007 when we were in the 6th grade at Archer Lodge Middle School. He happened to be dating one of my best friends, Kayla, who is also my maid of honor. We spent a lot of time together with our friend group at school events, birthday parties, or just hanging out at someone's house on the weekends. Fast forward to 2011, our sophomore year in high school, we had a few classes together. Eventually, we became best friends and inseparable. We did everything together; such as, if one of us got out of school early so did the other person. We even went to our Junior Prom together as dates. I always knew he was interested in more than a friendship, but I played hard to get because I didn't want to risk ruining the friendship we had built. In 2016, we decided it was the right time to take our friendship to the next level and started dating in April. Fast forward 4 years later and we are excitedly counting down the days until we say “I Do”. “In you, I’ve found the love of my life & my closet, truest friend.”

We are so excited to celebrate our marriage with all of our family & friends in October. The countdown continues until our big day!
