When and how to RSVP?

We kindly ask that all guest, including plus ones and children, RSVP by May 1st, 2025. All guest will be able to RSVP through the website, if any errors occur please RSVP to Madison at thefarmerswedding2025@yahoo.com

What's the dress attire?

Answer

This event attire is casual dress, colors consist of a spring or summer palette. We do ask that you defer from an achromatic color scheme including white, black, grey etc.

Will plus ones be allowed?

Answer

Yes! We will welcome one extra guest PER invitation. Children do not need to be considered a plus one, they are all welcomed to join us at your discretion! Please note that we will not allow babysitters as plus ones, thank you for understanding!

Are children allowed at the reception?

Answer

Yes! You may bring children to the reception at your discretion. Please note that the reception will be catered towards adults and that you will be responsible for your children, as we will not have babysitters or allow sitters as plus ones.

Where can I find the registry?

Answer

Our wedding registry is linked to this invitation under the registry tab, that will forward you to our amazon registry. It can also be accessed through amazon wedding registry under the name "Ridge Farmer". We greatly appreciate all the gifts!

Will there be designated drivers or sleeping accomidations?

Answer

Unfortunately since the venue is family owned, we will not have enough accommodations for all attendees and we would like to remind guest that they are responsible for there stay and travel back to their homes or hotels.

Where should I sit?

Answer

Where ever you'd like! We are all one big family, we will not have designated seating. Get in there and show some love!

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes! We will offer a short cocktail hour from 5:00 - 5:30, but drinks will be available all night!

What's on the menu for the big day?

Answer

We will be serving Boston butt, accompanied by a Brunswick stew, coleslaw and chips! Along with that there will be a drink bar including soft beverages and alcoholic beverages, some being our secret signature drinks! We will ask guest to fix plates at 5:30.

Will there be parking available at the reception venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be adequate parking available and easily accessible for all vehicles. We would kindly like to remind guests that we will not be providing designated drivers, so please plan accordingly.

Will the reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our reception will be held outdoors. Don't worry, we will have bathrooms available. We would like to remind guest to prepare accordingly for the weather in case of any changes!

Will there be opportunity for speeches?

Answer

We will not be doing speeches at our wedding. We request that guest write letters rather than speeches so we can hold onto those sweet words! If you would like to write us a letter, there will be a letter drop box at the entrance of the reception area!

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

You may bring your gift to the wedding! We will have a gift table set up at the entrance of the reception venue for all the goodies!
