FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would like to get our finalized guest lists as soon as possible. We ask that you RSVP ASAP.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

No! This will be a dry wedding meaning absolutely no alcohol will be allowed on the premise. If you choose to bring alcohol in or are seen drinking, you will be asked to leave immediately. We will have security to look out for this. We want everyone to enjoy the night and that can be done without alcohol.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

As much as we love your littles, this will be a kid-free wedding with the exception of those in our wedding party! Please make prior arrangements for your children. Enjoy a kid-free date night on us!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As we only have a limited amount of space, our celebration will be those on the RSVP list only. We are only able to accommodate those stated on your invitations.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please do not wear colors that are traditionally reserved for the bride (ie: white, creams, ivory, off white). We ask that all guest wear black tie attire. Men wear a suit and tie while ladies wear maxi or floor length dresses. NO jeans!

Question

Can I take pictures and post them on social media?

Answer

Yes, with the exception of certain things! We are having an unplugged ceremony, so we ask that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photography team to capture our best and most special moments. If you post pictures, please use the hashtag #switchingtospears.
