We are eloping!!

We met at a house party in summer of 2015. Almost 10 years ago, OMG. Madi was going into her freshman year of high school while Pat was going into his sophomore year. We danced, we laughed, and we chugged wine out of a bag. We never stopped talking after that night. The rest is history.

As most of you know, things have not always been perfect. We reconnected October 7th, 2023. We had not seen each other since October 2021. We wined and we dined. It is true.. when you know you know. We got matching tattoos and Patrick bought the ring a month later. #king

We took a weekend trip down to Houston, and yes, I knew what was in store for this weekend. That morning Pat had my car and was stressed running all over Houston so I had my mama shout out Shanny take me over to my bestfriends/ride or die, shout out Sabrina. We got ready together and did all the things. Patrick came and picked me up and we just started driving. We did not know what to say and we just giggled because we both knew. Pat was so nervous and sweet. Finally we got downtown and Patrick made me close my eyes for at least 5 minutes while we were stuck in Houston traffic because you could see the proposal set up from the freeway exit. He was so worried that I was going to see it. I wanted to look, but I didn't. Pat missed the turn LOL Sabrina was calling him trying to give directions, Pat was stressed. We walked into the proposal at the waterfall in Houston and everything was set up. We had a random audience as Pat poured his heart out and they cheered as I said yes and we kissed.
