It all started in Dimmitt Hall at Morningside College, during the very first week of college in 2016. We crossed paths walking through the dorm halls. He thought I looked Nordic (a compliment I gladly accepted), and I was instantly drawn to his charming German accent. What began as a casual conversation turned into a deep dive on politics, life, and everything in between. We stayed up talking late into the night, completely unaware that something incredibly special was beginning to take root. From that very first week, we’ve been learning, growing, and adventuring together. And we’ve never looked back.
