How to book: -Please contact the hotel at 865-448-3200 and tell them you are guests or participants in Hensley/Collett Wedding and provide the group code: g800832. -Guests may also go online through the website provided through the view button. NOTES: -The hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and check out time is 11:00 am the day of departure. -The hotel has recently added a $25.00 Resort Fee per stay. HOWEVER, this fee will be removed at Check-In, as your Group will not have to pay the Resort Fee. (It will still show up on your confirmation, but it will be taken off at the hotel) -The Family Suite photos are not updated as these rooms are still under Renovations, but will be completed by June of 2025. New photos will be posted when rooms are completed. -If you need an ADA or Pet-Friendly Room, or require a first floor room, (Room Buildings are 2 floors and do not have elevators,) please call the hotel to make your reservation. -If you book a pet-friendly room and bring a pet, there is a $25.00 per pet fee, with a (2) pet limit per room.
