There is NO PARKING at Woodstock Farm. There are two options for getting to the event: Option #1: Lyft/Uber/Taxi You can use a ride sharing service to get to the wedding venue. This would make the most sense if you are staying in town or live locally. Here is the address of the wedding venue: Woodstock Farm 1200 Chuckanut Dr N Bellingham, WA 98225 Option #2: Wedding Shuttle To accommodate for the lack of parking, we will have a shuttle taking multiple trips from a Park & Ride close by. This would make the most sense if you are driving up for the day. You are welcome to leave your car in the Park & Ride lot for up to 48 hours. The address of the Park & Ride is: South Bellingham Park and Ride (East) 3404 Connelly Ave Bellingham, WA 98229 (NORTHBOUND side of the freeway!) To take the shuttle, please use the sign-up sheet included in the email sent on 7/27. (Let us know if you need us to forward this to you!) There will be shuttles back to the Park & Ride starting at 7:00pm. NOTE: If you are carpooling, you can drop people at Woodstock Farm first, then park and use the Shuttle!
Kindly make any adjustments to your RSVP by the deadline of August 5th.
Airbnb is a great option, but there are also several hotels in town. Staying in Fairhaven would be closest to the wedding venue but a bit more expensive.
We love every one of your kids, but we respectfully request no children due to the capacity of our venue.
The wedding ceremony and reception will all be outside at Woodstock Farm. Please stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, and check the weather. Typically, the weather on August 23th is about 75 degrees during the day and 55 degrees at night. Be sure to bring a sweater, if needed!
Please join us in wearing whatever summer dressy attire makes you feel comfortable. The wedding party will be in colorful, black-tie optional. The venue is mostly on grass so (maybe) avoid stilettos.
Unfortunately, we don't have space for any Plus-Ones. The names listed on your invitation are who we have accounted for.
We will provide more information in the coming months. Stay tuned!
