Max moved to the U.S. in 2014, settling just one neighborhood away from Madison—though neither of them knew yet how much their lives were about to change. Each morning at the bus stop, Max’s grandfather, Bill, would chat with Madison and gently insist that one day Madison simply had to meet his grandson. A year later, that introduction finally happened when they were paired together on a project in NJROTC—and from that moment on, everything fell into place. They grew up side by side, graduating high school together and supporting one another through every step of college. Along the way, they explored the world hand in hand, traveling to 10 different countries and creating countless memories. In June 2025, they bought their first home together, beginning a new chapter. Just two weeks later, in the South of France, Max asked Madison to spend forever with him—and Madison said yes. This October 2026, they will celebrate 10 beautiful years together, filled with love, laughter, and a story that was meant to be from the very beginning.
