If the hotel block at Rancho Bernardo Inn doesn't suit you, please look here as a second recommendation for hotel stay which is the same distance away from the ceremony space. There is no hotel block at this hotel, so please book as you normally would. (You of course can still come to RBI for welcome drinks !!)

Wedding Trolley from the Main Hotel to the Ceremony

As a gift to our guests, and as an ode to the bride's parents who celebrated in the same way for their wedding, we have rented a trolley to transport guests to and from the venue and Rancho Bernardo Inn. The trolley does not need RSVPs, it will be taking as many as it can on each trip, and will run from 3pm to 7pm. It will also be making as many trips as it can from 9:30-10:30 to take guests back to the Rancho Bernardo Inn. We recommend getting on the bus as early as possible to avoid any delay for guests to the ceremony, so please keep this in mind. This trolley extends to all guests!
