Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and the reception will be held at Boxed and Burlap. 2935 WI-67, Delavan, WI 53115

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available on site at Boxed & Burlap. If the lot is full, you can park across the street at Mercy Hospital where a shuttle will bring you to and from the venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We recommend semi-formal or cocktail attire. The ceremony is outdoors, weather permitting, and the reception is inside.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15-25 minutes prior to have enough time to park, grab a complimentary drink from the coffeehouse, and find your seats. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

How do I get my complimentary drink from the coffeehouse?

Answer

From 3:30pm-11pm all guests that mention they are present for the Shedbalkar-Scanlan wedding will receive unlimited complimentary drinks inside the coffeehouse.

Are children or dates welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We are also unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on your invitation. Thank you so much for your understanding- we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar. The bar will be closed during dinner, so grab a couple before taking a seat!

Is smoking/vaping allowed at the venue?

Answer

Our venue has a strict no-smoking and vaping policy inside any venue facilities or within 25 feet of building entrances, exits, windows, or air vents. Please use designated outdoor areas only. The venue also maintains a strict no–illicit drug policy. Thank you for helping us comply with venue rules so everyone can enjoy the celebration!
