What about Covid-19?

During photos at the Ancaster Mill (2:30pm-4:00pm), we will be giving you the option to take part- no pressure to participate! We totally understand if you don't feel comfortable standing next to people that you don't know very well! The after party at Madison's parents house (4:30pm-10:30pm) will be held in the backyard and social distancing will be respected. We will also provide hand sanitizer and will ask that everyone use a lysol wipe on all surfaces in the bathroom after use. Please also feel free to wear a mask!

What if I don't feel comfortable attending?

We totally understand. Everything is really crazy right now. If you feel uncomfortable at all, please reach out to Madison or Matthew. There is absolutely no pressure for you to attend- we will be having another celebration next year when it is completely safe to do so.

How many people are invited to the after party?

Answer

We have invited 45 people to the after party.

What is expected of me as a bridesmaid/groomsman?

Answer

Please show up at the Ancaster Mill at 2:30pm to take photos with the bride and groom in your "wedding" attire. After that, we will all head over to Madison's parent's house to celebrate! (Oh... and the groomsmen are taking care of BBQ'ing the food...)

Should I bring anything?

Answer

No! We will provide foods and drinks for everyone at the after party. Vegetarian and gluten free options will also be provided.

What is the dress code for the after party?

Answer

The bride will be changing into a summer dress, and the groom will be changing into shorts and a t-shirt... or something like that... Feel free to change into something more comfortable and weather appropriate if you want to!

Can I bring my significant other to the photos and/or after party?

Answer

Heck yes! Ideally, they will accompany you to the after party, so they won't have to stand around while we all take photos at the Ancaster Mill, but whatever works best for you is perfect!

What happens if it rains?

Answer

ughhhhhhhhh- don't put this in the universe. But seriously: We physically don't have space to hold a socially distant party for everyone, so it will have to be cancelled, and we will start our marriage in anger.
