When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP by September 1, 2025. All of our final numbers are due a month before the wedding so this will give us ample time to get everything sorted out.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The wedding will begin at 4pm. I suggest arriving up around 30 minutes early so you can have time to park, socialize and find a seat before the wedding begins! Parking is located on site. If you arrive after the ceremony begins, you will not be allowed into the space as it may cause a disruption but we will be looking forward to seeing you at the cocktail hour!

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held indoors, our cocktail hour will be outside and the reception will be indoors. If we have inclement weather, we will move our cocktail hour into our reception space if needed.

What are the accomadations available?

Answer

We have a 10 room block at the venue! It is a B&B style w/ breakfast and is within walking distance to the ceremony and reception! Our wedding is conveniently located in downtown Fredericksburg so there are other various hotel located within a 10 minute drive! If you click the travel tab, I have our venue and one other hotel listed with a link to book if needed.

Can I bring a plus one?

If plus ones are allowed, it will be stated on your formal invitation. If you have any questions or believe we made a mistake, please do not hesitate to reach out and ask!

Is everything located at the same venue?

Answer

YES! Our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all located at the same venue!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that our guests were "fall formal". This includes colors such as oranges, reds, yellows, deep greens, etc. Think warm and earthy tones! Our bridesmaids will be wearing chocolate brown and our groomsmen will be wearing suits with brown/neutral accents.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes. We are currently registered here on Zola as well as target and amazon. You can conveniently find it under the "registry" tab and all 3 will be grouped together in one list.

What's on the menu?

Answer

We are still working on finalizing our different menu's but you can expect hors d'oeuvres to be severed during cocktail hour and a buffet style dinner.
